In this film named “ Through Deaf Eyes” brought to me many surprising facts and realizations. Not only is this film surprising but it brings to me many new information that I found interesting and some other information that I knew already. It is a very interesting journey to take in this film exploring the history of the deaf community and give you an insight into the like and culture of those who are hard to hear and deaf. To begin with I found it surprising to me is how back in the 1800’s people had the beliefs to think that people who couldn’t hear couldn’t taught . Many surprising misconceptions about deaf people have been said throughout time in history.
